What exactly does Sales Matrix do? +

Sales Matrix is an AI system that makes sure every rep on your team always knows what to focus on and what to do next — on every deal, every day. It connects to your CRM, email, and call tools, learns how your best reps win deals, and surfaces that intelligence in real time.

It does this through three modules: the Focus Engine (daily priorities + objection drafts), Deal Intelligence (company research to proposal on one screen), and the Live Meeting AI (real-time coaching during calls, invisible to the prospect).

How is this different from Gong or Clari? +

Does the Live Meeting AI listen to my calls? +

Yes — it listens to the call audio in real time, but only on the rep's device. The prospect hears and sees nothing. The overlay is completely private. It detects objections, buying signals, and moments of hesitation, then surfaces the most effective response drawn from your knowledge graph.

All audio processing happens within your agreed data boundary. No call content is stored or used to train models outside your organisation.

Is my company's data safe and private? +

Your data is never used to train any shared model. The knowledge graph built from your team's deals, calls, and emails belongs entirely to your organisation. Tenant isolation is enforced at every layer — no other customer can access or benefit from your data.

Sales Matrix is SOC 2 Type II compliant. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We support GDPR-compliant data residency and can discuss on-premise deployment for enterprise customers with specific requirements.
